What kind of content can I add to my Virtual Time Capsule?

You can add virtually any type of digital content that you feel has sentimental, historic, or personal value, such as photographs, videos, letters, documents, voice memos, or VR media.

How do I create a Virtual Time Capsule?

●    Create an account.

●    Upload documents, images, videos, and various digital assets of your own, or use our template to record a video time capsule.

●    Enter a date in the future you would like it to be delivered. This can be the same day to 10 years into the future.

●    Enter your payment information and submit.

*You’ll receive an email notification a month before the scheduled delivery date to remind you of what you're sending, along with who it's going to, so you have the option to cancel the send out. * Please note: there are no refunds for cancellations.

The size of your capsule can vary based on the amount of content you want to share and for how long.

How secure is a Virtual Time Capsule?

Virtual Time Capsule is fully protected and encrypted through Amazon Web Services. 

Can I add to, delete from, or cancel my Virtual Time Capsule after it's been created?

You can cancel the delivery of a Virtual Time Capsule at any time, but you will not be able to add or delete content once it has been created and finalized. There are no refunds for cancellations.

How long can I preserve my Virtual Time Capsule?

You can send a Virtual Time Capsule anywhere from 5 minutes to 25 years into the future, but most Capsules range from 1-5 years. 

Can I include physical items in my Virtual Time Capsule?

No, Virtual Time Capsule is strictly a digital platform, so physical items cannot be included at this time.

What happens if I forget my password?

If you forget your password, you can easily reset it by clicking on the "forgot password" link on the login page.
